Is there a parking space?
There is no parking space in our hostel. Please check the Access page for nearby coin parking lots.

Is there a child fare?
There are no infant and child fares. The fare is the same for all guests, regardless of age.
However, a diaper trash can is available, so please let us know in advance if you need it.
Is it possible to leave our luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Sure, but staff are not always in the hostel before check-in time.
Please select “Before 4PM (Use luggage storage)” for your arrival time on the booking form.
Are there any good restaurants and onsen around the hostel?
There are a lot of nice and unique shops and onsen places within walking distance.
We can share that information after you arrive at the hostel,
but you can also check our “Neighborhood MAP” below in advance.

Which area do you recommend for day trip from Matsumoto?
As Matsumoto is surrounded by beautiful nature, there are a lot of attractive spots for all seasons.

Is it possible to reserve a free rental bicycle?
We have 4 free rental bicycles.
It’s first-come, first-serve, so we don’t accept reservations.
In case all of bicycles are gone, there is a charged rental e-bike service, which is called “Hello Cycling” offered by Matsumoto city.

Is there a toilet and shower in the room?
No, all of toilets and shower rooms are shared.
What kind of amenities do you provide?
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, earplugs are provided for free.
Toothbrushes (w/ toothpaste) and rental bath towels are 100 yen each.

We will leave early in the morning for hiking. Is an early morning check-out possible?
Yes, as we operate with self-check-out system, you can check-out anytime until 11AM.
Why is the booking through the official website cheaper than other third-party booking sites?
This is because commission fee is charged if you book through any third-party sites.
And some domestic discount programs can be applied only through the official website.
That’s why direct booking is the best deal!
