From December 22, 2025, we will change our payment method from pay-on-arrival to advance payment. Your registered credit card will be charged 5 days before your check-in date.
There is no children price.
If you cancel within 5 days before your arrival date, 100% of your total bill will be charged as a cancellation fee.
(ex. If your check in date is January 15, free cancellation is until 23:59, January 9.)
For group of 7 or more guests, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the 100% of the total bill if you cancel within 10 days before your arrival date.
(ex. If your check in date is January 15, free cancellation is until 23:59, January 4.)

From June 1, 2026, a new accommodation tax will start in Matsumoto City.
For stays with a room rate of 6,600 yen or more per person per night, an extra tax of 200 yen per person per night will be added.
Please pay this tax in cash separately from the room rate.
